A simple PVC pipe as design object! Water it or Vase it!

It could be a very good DIY for a vase. All of us might be having pipes or few long and short pieces. Pigmento has made this beautiful vase from such simple materials -PVC pipe and a clamp. Lo and behold your vase is ready!

These young designers of  bOmb design based in Berlin are doing the rethinking and coming up with new and obvious interpretations of everyday objects.

Why didn’t I think this before- I am sure we all are going to ask this question while looking at this clever get inside blanket. Your cold feet can immediately slip into the warmth of a pocket on the inside of the blanket. Left hand has a glove of its own and the right hand can come out through this hole to hold whatever you want to hold and slip right back inside No freezing, no chattering and no uncomfortable body blanket maneuvering.

Why cushions have to be of particular shapes only? Ergonomically shaped cushions which flow with body shape and answer a particular need is what the designers have produced in these get down cushions. It is a collection giving you all cozy solutions.

Why flowers always have to stand -the designers ask.

A vase for flowers to lie made of coated and veneer shell and oiled oak. The flowers emerge from the concave and convex surface opening.

The rope binds very tightly this table’s legs, frame and table top. Just loosen the rope and you can remove the tabletop and can change its look by replacing it with textile or paper.

Take glass bottles of medieval times, create patterns inspired by the scenery around the table and kitchen of that period and turn it into lamps. Yes, that is what Dutch designer Kiki van Eijk has done. And the result is these pieces which are stunningly beautiful, historical, and timeless!

Dutch designer Joost van Bleiswijk made this Chess game which comes with 686 pieces that slot into each other to make 32 chess pieces out of polished stainless steel.

I love this game and this set!
